  • Process clinical samples from patients in clinical trials, including serum and plasma separation, isolation and enumeration of mononuclear cells, and preparation of single cells for flow cytometry analysis, etc.
  • Perform scientific tests on biological samples such as blood, cerebrospinal fluid, bone marrow, urine, sputum, etc., to help diagnose and monitor disease progress, especially in patients with multiple myeloma, lymphoma, glioblastoma, and acute myeloid leukemia, etc.
  • Data assays using advanced instruments for multicolor flow cytometry, SONY sorter, ddPCR, DNA/mRNA extraction with QiaCube/Qiagibility, SYSMEX automated sampler, and multiplex assays such as ELLA (Luminex), ELISA, and ELISPOT.
  • Verify data, review documentation, and assess SOPs/protocols for both general and complex methods.
