I spent some time in community college attempting to complete my general studies while showing an interest in Psychology. I stopped taking classes while working full time as a 911 dispatcher as in person classes were difficult to maintain while assigned to midnights. I worked at Livingston County Central Dispatch (LCCD) for 5 years full time and was granted permission to work part-time after my first daughter was born. During that time I was utilized to cover overtime hours. When the hours started to become scarce and I was pregnant with my second child, I decided to look into secondary employment and found myself hired at The White Dress (TWD). I eventually chose to end my employment with LCCD as my employment at TWD was much more flexible. I spent the first three to four years as a Bridal Style Consultant then I was promoted to management, where I am today.
