In the two years I’ve known Meagan, she has truly become a part of our family. She began watching our children for the past two years. Meagan started when we only had one child, Jacoby, who was turning 3 at the time. Our second son, Jordan, arrived a month later, and Meagan handled the 2 boys with ease. She has been a staple at our house ever since, working 45 hours, 5 days a week, and was always prompt and reliable.

Meagan has many transferable skills for many different positions based on her previous experiences and my observations of Meagan over the past two years. In my industry, I have done my fair share of interviewing and bringing on new hires that do not have any pharmaceutical or even sales experience. The reason is because of the intrinsic qualities that they possess which will make them successful in whatever they choose to do. In regards to Meagan, she possesses many of those strengths. For example, her flexibility is a big strength. She is open to feedback and new ways of doing things. In addition, Meagan is very proactive which has been much appreciated. She anticipates problems or situations ahead of time that have allowed our household to flow more smoothly over the past few years.

Lastly, Meagan is very focused on giving her job 100% effort. That is just the type of person that she is and it will overflow into anything she does professionally. She is passionate about the task at hand, detail oriented, organized, and exudes positively in the workplace.
