• Aided in the implementation of treatment programs for children and adults in recovery from sports related injuries and rehabilitation following surgical procedures

• Influenced the upward trajectory of a community-based program to aid in its expansion to include 500+ participants

• Managed a single training location for the Winter Warm Up program and facilitated bi-weekly meetings to aid in participants' knowledge of running and walking while assisting participants in striving towards individual goals
