I contribute to the success of the lending team by providing essential support in the areas of loan documentation review, data entry, and client communication. I help coordinate closings with attorneys, review title work and record security instruments as needed for each loan. I receive on-going, comprehensive training on home loan products and mortgage process and am well equipped to process loan applications accurately and in a timely manner. I am proficient in reading title policies and am able to facilitate smooth closing processes by working effectively with loan officers, appraisers and attorneys.
