● Perform systems administration to support the operation, maintenance, and installation of SAMS-ESA/Link16/Ku Spread Spectrum/MUOS software/hardware.

● Experience with both LAN and WAN troubleshooting, GEM experience for monitoring and configuration of crypto equipment + experience with WAN circuit technologies

● Analyzed, and resolved fault and isolations within the customer's network infrastructure. Demonstrated advanced network troubleshooting techniques and experience commensurate with that of CCNA

● Demonstrated experience programming and troubleshooting KG-175A/KG-250x KG-175D encryptors

• Installed equipment, loaded configurations, and established encrypted tunnels to link ground and airborne systems during deployments, ensuring secure real-time communications.
• Conducted software inspections, testing, and validation prior to operational deployment to ensure system reliability.
• Managed software imaging, duplication, and distribution for mission systems supporting deployed forces.

• Set up, configured, and maintained Windows Server environments across 2 deployed locations, 4 training exercises, and year-round training scenarios.
• Largest deployment: Collaborated with a 3-person team to manage system administration for 450 users, upgraded 370 computers across 3 networks from Windows XP to Windows 7, and created 800 user accounts on 2 separate networks.
• Training exercises: Supported 2–5 person teams providing System Administrator and Helpdesk support for 250 users, managing at least 40 computers across 2 networks per exercise. All user accounts were created on-site.
• Year-round training: Deployed 2 dual Windows Server 2012R2/2016 domain controllers, imaged 40 computers, created 100 user accounts, and set up 2 networks. Maintained networks for 2 weeks, performed scheduled maintenance, and restarted operations.
