· Interrogated cardiac implanted devices including pacemakers, defibrillators, and implantable loop recorders in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.
· Worked within the clinic setting interrogating cardiac devices and triaging patient messages via EPIC In-Basket.
· Coordinated with nursing staff, anesthesiology, and surgeons to coordinate a plan for programming pre/post procedures within Mayo Clinic.
· Worked in the lab setting during various ablations, TAVR’s, and lead extractions for device re-programming.
· Worked on-call for ED interrogations, inpatient programming changes, pre/post-op programming, patient priority line triage.
· Oriented and trained Electrophysiology fellows, Cardiology Fellows, Cardiology Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians assistants, and over 20 new-hire nurses to the device clinic.
· Presented educational topics such as Pacemaker Timing Cycles, EMI and Devices, and Pacemaker Troubleshooting at weekly EP educational conferences to colleagues including physicians, fellows, residents, APRN’s, and nurses.
