Megan Evans

I am the Project Coordinator for Buckley Cable. I am responsible for sending out jobs to the employees as well as payroll. I also am responsible for the entire maintenance department for the Sarasota area. That includes assigning out what jobs need to be sent out to the construction crews as well as figuring out how much they get paid for the job and invoice it out. I also make reports for each day for the construction crew to see what late tasks there are or what jobs need to be put into the system. I supervised multiple projects from project start through delivery by prioritizing needs and delegating assignments. I also kept projects on schedule by managing deadlines and adjusting workflows.

• I was responsible for the sterilization equipment, set up for Surgery's, put together equipment and stock shelves and equipment.
• I organize and I am responsible for all equipment and chemicals in the lab.

• I was responsible for getting residents get prepared for activities as well as set up the activities with them
• I also was responsible with arts and crafts, and puzzles
• I was responsible for making calenders and make programs.
