A little about me. I was adopted by my grandparents from the hospital and they raised me from there. I remember growing up constantly hearing about the problems they had with their Medicare which is what made me want to learn more about it and work in the field. It goes without saying I took care of their insurance to where they now have reliable coverage without over paying for it. My hobbies include sitting on a rocking chair snacking on prunes while listening to the beautiful sounds of Berry Manalo. I love working with the elderly. I can truly understand their concerns and I usually have the right answers for them.
My responsibilities at this job included setting up daily rotating tables tops that included information on our current or upcoming Medicare plans. I would set multiple appointments throughout the week to ensure I reached my sale goals.
During open enrollment I would participate in conducting local seminars from Pasco county to citrus county weekly.
I LOVED my job. It was fun, challenging, and I got to meet new people constantly, and I Loved helping our community.
The only reason I walked away from this position is because I gave birth in October of 2023.
I originally planned on returning full time but I decided to stay home with my baby instead!
This was a desk job where i was responsible for cold calling 400 leads a day in hopes to sell multiple types of insurance for multiple insurance providers.
My responsibilities were but not limited to going from door to door selling life insurance. I was responsible for all my lead calling, marketing, paperwork, and scheduling my clients for blood work. I found an efficient way to market my sales that was not only cost effective, but it also had fast results. Any chance I had to be a vendor at any local event I snatched it up. I had a wheel where people could spin for company merchandise. To spin the wheel, you had to fill out a small paper providing the person's name, phone number, and address with a box that they could check giving us permission to contact them. This created a lead for me to use in the immideate future.
