Summary

Professional law enforcement specialist who is single, childless, ready and willing to work 80+ hours per week on unglamorous cost-cutting measures. Although I have never taken an IQ test, any points I might lack compared to genius status, are overshadowed by my tenacity, perseverance, and life experience. As a recent survivor of lawfare thrust upon me by state government, I am all too familiar with the lengths an organization will go to in retaliation for reporting unethical behavior. Instead of hanging my head in defeat, I have used my exceptional investigative, analytical and research skills to obtain reports and data used to defend my position with the help of legal counsel. I also have firsthand knowledge of how aggressive DEI programs hinder job functions and alienate employees. As someone who entered law enforcement to help individuals by bringing them safety, security and a voice, I am dedicated to accomplishing this on a national level. For the reasons stated above, I wish to be considered in the 1% of applicants to be reviewed.

  • Hand selected as the sole trooper in my district to work with the Michigan Attorney General’s Office to investigate sexual abuse allegations within the Grand Rapids Catholic Diocese.
  • My attention to detail, investigatory skills, report writing and clear communication in sexual assault cases is the reason I was selected as the trooper investigator selected to investigate the Grand Rapids Catholic Diocese.
  • ·As an advocate for victims of domestic and sexual abuse, I have sought ongoing education and training focused on abuse and the legal system.
  • Served as a liaison between the department and other law enforcement agencies, collaborating on joint operations and sharing information to resolve cases effectively.
  • Collaborated with other troopers, sharing information and supporting each other during challenging situations.

  • Used my knowledge of operational procedures and volunteered to assist another facility with excessive loss and mishandling of inventory.
  • Conducted root cause analysis for recurring inventory loss, leading to targeted corrective action of managerial permissions and operational knowledge, which effectively resolved the problem of hundreds of thousands of dollars in inventory deletions from the facility's inventory on a weekly basis.
  • Identified and resolved process issues to drive optimal workflow and business growth.
  • Corrected associate knowledge, productivity and morale by conducting trainings sessions to educate associates on operational procedures.

Loss Prevention Manager

  • Established strong relationships with local law enforcement agencies, improving communication and collaborative efforts to prevent retail crime. I created a joint Loss Prevention Task Force which included loss prevention professionals from the surrounding area. I organized quarterly meetings with local law enforcement which allowed us to collaborate and disseminated information on theft trends and common individuals committing crimes.
  • Assisted law enforcement with apprehending shoplifters and provided detailed reports for successful prosecution. My exceptional reports resulted in my recruitment to the Michigan State Police.
  • Analyzed data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and areas of concern related to theft or fraud within the store environment. By utilizing this data I discovered an organized retail crime ring who had been actively committing credit card fraud throughout Michigan. I traveled to approximately 25 different stores collecting data to show a net loss of over one-hundred-fifty-thousand dollars in appliances and tools across the state of Michigan.
