  • Led the vision, strategy and roll-out of the Program Operations organization with the mission to optimize cross-functional alignment and improve efficiencies for the SiriusXM enterprise.
  • Developed and maintained key relationships with senior and c-level cross-functional leaders across Marketing, Legal, IT and others to ensure business priorities are well understood and appropriately prioritized, communication is timely and relevant, and speed to market continued at an optimal pace.
  • Within a year, scaled the scope of the organization to incorporate five core areas of focus: go-to-market operations, vendor management, portfolio management, strategic communications and learning.
  • Developed a go-to-market center of excellence, expanding program portfolio beyond Product to include broader enterprise.
  • Drove content creation and hosted all large format meetings including our All Hands (~1300 people), management meetings (~200 people) and bi-weekly open format meeting (~700 people).
  • Drove strategic and high priority communications both within the Product organization and from the Product organization to the larger enterprise.
