I currently Enter and maintain Data for a dry food manufacturer. I am proficient in our JDE system, for ingredient and finished good maintenance, entering new ingredients, entering new finished good products, maintaining all aspects of JDE. I also will know how to sequence products in JDE, so there is no allergen carryover from one product to another. I was there from the start to help figure out the needs of the company and how JDE could work for manufacturing. I am proficient in our Genesis program, which we use to generate our ingredient statements and nutritional panels or finished products. I work with reports on our SQL server to see any discrepancies, and make the changes necessary updates to remove the discrepancies. I have worn many hats in this production company. I understand our production flow very well.
