  • Use FC Eligibilities, FCLM, Picking Console and RODEO Apps to organize and monitor progress of the pick work force to meet goals outlined in the Daily Plan
  • Calculate pick risk for CPTs and daily goal throughout the shift to ensure compliance with Daily Plan, communicate needs to meet compliance if necessary
  • Monitor head count as well as average and individual picker rates to help mitigate risk for daily pick goal
  • Coach associates on picking process with patience and understanding to help resolve barriers faced to improve individual knowledge and performance as a picker
  • Assist in the development of fellow associates by training a PG to understand the picking process and organize the pick work force
  • Identify and communicate barriers to the picking process and help deep dive those issues to create solutions
  • Work together with fellow Outbound PAs to ensure the needs of Pick, Dock, and Ship Clerk are communicated in order for the day's work to be completed
  • Collaborate with PAs from other departments to labor share associates as necessary to meet the needs of the building
  • Advised a visiting Operations Manager on the development of a Pick Clustering Tool that would better suit our needs for organizing and redistributing the pick work force quickly and efficiently throughout the day
  • Communicate with Area Managers, Operations, Central Flow, ICQA, Inbound PAs, fellow Outbound PAs and any other parties as necessary throughout the shift to give updates on picking progress, report barriers, and help resolve issues as they arise to run a shift as smoothly as possible

  • Track the picking progress using the RODEO app to ensure work is completed on time for CPT and daily goal fulfillment
  • Monitor the Picking Console app to track employee activity during the day
  • Collaborate with all Outbound PAs to keep a consistent flow of work coming to the dock for the duration of the shift
  • Reassign and redistribute pickers as work is completed and fulfillment needs change throughout the day

  • Communicate to other departments such as ICQA and Inbound Dock as necessary to keep the work load in Problem Solve to a minimum
