My experience within food service since my freshman year of high school has allowed me to obtain growth within my customer service abilities while also having the opportunity to understand and adapt to an ever changing work environment. My experience within food service because of my employment at Coach’s Ice Cream has given me the opportunity to understand the ways in which business works, as well as the proper ways to approach certain situations that may rise within customer service. Because of my three year experience, I was able to develop healthy relationships with my coworkers and the trainees whom I had the privilege of helping.
