Leading a team of claim representatives handling attorney-represented bodily injury claims. My role consists of performance management, coaching and development, and training my team. Reviewing claims to ensure proper handling and processes are followed, as well as, authorizing settlements and coverage/liability reviews. Responding to elevated complaints and working to find a resolution. Identifying performance trends and remediating. Creating a positive work environment that fosters relationship building, trust, and team engagement.

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves claims that are moderate to high complexity and exposure litigation claims.
• Communicates verbally and in written correspondence to compile and analyze information to determine coverage, liability, and total value of a claim.
• Operates with high authority limits with the majority of inventory consisting of moderate to high complexity claims involving multiple vehicles, pedestrians, complex coverage and liability, UM/UIM, MCC, and/or significant injury litigated claims.

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves claims that are low to moderate complexity and exposure attorney-represented injury claims.
• Communicates verbally and in written correspondence to compile and analyze information to determine coverage, liability, and total value of a claim.
• Operates with medium authority limits with pending inventory primarily consisting of low to moderate complexity attorney-represented claims involving multiple vehicles, pedestrians, and low to moderate severity injuries.
• March 2021 began handling attorney- represented uninsured motorist bodily injury claims with low to moderate complexity and exposure

• Conducting thorough coverage and liability investigations
• Arrange vehicle repairs and inspections, handling total loss settlements
• Handling unrepresented injury claims with low to moderate complexity and exposure which requires obtaining pertinent injury information in order to reach a resolution
• From 2014- 2017 I was the Ohio Commercial Auto designate for unrepresented bodily injury claims with reserves under $25k

• Conducting thorough coverage and liability investigations
• Arranging vehicle repairs and inspections
• Handling total loss settlements
• From 2009- 2010 I was the Ohio Commercial Auto designate handling non-injury claims

• Assisting customers using our Service Center for repairs to their car, including: greeting customers as they arrive, checking in the damaged vehicle, completing all paperwork, arranging pick up of any repaired vehicles, updating customers during the repair process and arranging rental vehicles when appropriate
• Maintained customer satisfaction with forward-thinking strategies focused on addressing customer needs and resolving concerns.

• Greeted customers and helped with product questions, selections, and purchases
• Gerneral opening and closing duties involving cash register, money deposits, restocking and ordering; and setting up displays
