1. Successfully managed an over 90% accuracy rate for US violence and crime policy issue areas by engaging in the following:

• Creation and launch of over 5 specialized high harm queues with automated recall strategies for high harm trends and users, and specialized training and calibration to moderators;
• Launched over 50 specialized guidances and breakout sessions for moderators on high harm incidents to ensure accuracy was maintained during crises;
• Managed specialized calibration sessions to reduce overkill and appeals rates, and increase human moderation accuracy WOW.

2. Created scaled strategies for proactive enforcement of high harm content, and swift reaction to high harm threats

• Lead XFN initiative which reduced Mass Casualty Attack escalation handling time to under 30 minutes, live room time to close to under 5 minutes by operationalizing real time checklist and identifying product gaps for incidents across teams of over 200+ people;
• Lead and launch of XFN SOP between policy, intel, and investigations teams, to implement effective automated detections with prioritization strategies, requirements for policy oversite, and required accuracy rates for implementation.

• Co-created primary violent extremism policies for the platform, including violent threats, incitement, and the promotion of terrorism.
• Managed designations database for violent extremism and hate groups in the US markets, overseeing end to end process of designation, escalation, enforcement, and scaled solutions.
• Developed first ever data-driven assessment of US content to identify product, policy, and moderation gaps at scale in relation to grey area incitement and threats of violence.
• Assessed and enforced content related to over 9 violent extremist entities, and 16 entities posing a threat to midterm elections in 2022.
• Lead 2022 risk analysis on threat of potential livestream mass casualty attacks.
• Played an integral role as a first responder and policy lead in over 6 VE related escalations.

• Successfully led team of seven in confidential online extremism content monitoring initiative for social media and government clients.
• Consolidated on-platform trends in extremism, integrity and authenticity, and hateful ideologies and recommend policy and enforcement strategies.
• Successfully produced 12 intel briefings and 12 policy specific briefings in 2021 for major social media client.
• Awarded the Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention (TVTP) Department of Homeland Security Grant 2021.

• Managing Director of organization which used key audience insights to develop regional preventing violent extremism (PVE) solutions framed around the key grievances of the particular vulnerable audience.
• Sucessfully launched pilot phase of the organization; managing all grant applications, networking and collaborating with stakeholders and investors such as GIFCT.
• Strategized the implementation of multiple regional extremism related consultancies for government institutions.
