Under the general supervision of the Dental Supervisor RDA-Clinic Coordinator, Dentist, or Chief Dental Officer, the Dental Assistant will perform a variety of duties to support dental care, including assisting the dentist and dental hygienist during treatment procedures. The role involves ensuring patient comfort, taking medical histories, developing dental radiographs, and maintaining a sterile environment. The Dental Assistant will also provide oral care instructions and teach patients about oral hygiene strategies. This position requires compliance with clinic protocols and OSHA regulations, as well as participation in quality improvement programs.
