  • Area Asset Protection Manager at Big Lots is currently a multi-store, multi-district, and multi-state position.
  • Conducts store visits and audits to support and evaluate operational compliance, identify policy and procedure violations, assess store compliance in support of company policy, operational compliance, and increased store profitability.   • Coordinates all physical security for stores within assigned district; directs training for, and proper utilization of, electronic surveillance equipment and other security devices; provides necessary asset protection consultation and technical assistance to store management.
  • Observes and participates in physical inventory process as appropriate.
  • Develops strategies and programs designed to reduce shortage and accident frequency in both Worker’s Compensation and General Liability.
