I managed 40 thousand dollars of inventory for the delta market of choice. I worked as a cheese maker and managed the market for them before they went under during the pandemic. I worked for La Mariposa until it just didn't work driving up to Albany. I get the grocery industry. I understand ups and inventory. I am looking for part time...not deli work.
