• Quality Assurance & Standards, Conduct accessibility reviews using WCAG 2.1, Section 508, JAWS, NVDA, Axe, WAVE, and UDOIT. Establish templates, design guidelines, and content standards for consistent enterprise-wide learning quality. Maintain content libraries, version control, and documentation systems for long-term sustainability.
• Facilitation & Delivery, Facilitate workshops, pilots, and learning sessions to refine and demonstrate designed content. Coach distributed trainers and support train-the-trainer programs across the learning community. Adapt design approaches based on facilitator feedback and delivery insights.
• Program Management, Manage learning design projects from concept through delivery and sustainment. Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across HR, L&D, and technical teams. Partner with SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional units to ensure accuracy, alignment, and on-time execution.
• Cross-Functional Partnerships, Optimize learning content for LMS delivery, tracking, and analytics. Integrate learning experiences with HR systems, workflows, and enterprise communications. Collaborate with SMEs, HR Operations, Communications, and external vendors to ensure content relevance and quality.
• Measurement & Continuous Improvement, Build feedback loops and embedded measurement mechanisms within learning experiences. Analyze learner data, effectiveness metrics, and stakeholder feedback to inform iteration. Share best practices across the learning community to elevate enterprise-wide design capability.
