

Over 21 years of teaching secondary mathematics, I have cultivated inclusive learning communities where students discover their mathematical potential and achieve at high levels. My commitment to equity-centered, student-responsive, standards-aligned instruction—grounded in formative assessment, differentiation, and authentic real-world applications—has measurably improved student outcomes and fostered genuine engagement across diverse learner populations. I design rigorous, engaging curricula while building strong relationships and creating environments where productive struggle leads to mastery.
