Summary
I have been in the construction industry for more than 20 years and enjoy it. My strengths are my aptitude for understanding plumbing and electrical this puts me head and shoulders above many of my peers. When working at Cal Steam I created the training manual for the commercial department that they still use till this day. I have been able to slide into many situations because of my cross training and in depth education with regards to building. This is how I was able to go and assist with a large task that was a "one off" for Dome Construction on their UC Berkeley project. Being able to envision what was needed where the Mass Spectrometer was to be installed, this was the problem with 50% of the equipment. I am a go getter when it comes to my first passion "plumbing". When I was with Ferguson I was able to secure the contract with the largest Non-profit housing developer on the Peninsula and growing into the valley
