During my three years at the Stephenville Headstart ELA I had the pleasure of planning, preparing, cooking and delivering all meals, including those for children with special diet and food sensitivity needs.

My responsibilities included creating menus, ordering all food stock and kitchen needs and also monitoring all paper goods, and cleaning supplies for both the kitchen and the janitorial needs of both buildings. Receiving and stocking all incoming deliveries, keeping inventory records, and daily production reports.
