• Develop and deliver quarterly risk adjustment analyses and presentations to National Health Plan and Permanente Medical Group leadership, benchmarking KP against competitors on metrics such as prevalence rates to guide current and new initiatives.
• Develop and deliver ad hoc data analyses and reports to stakeholders across the organization, leveraging self-built data solutions on projects such as a Sonder health plan receivership analysis and member-tracking report, to prioritize outreach to high-risk members.
• Track and monitor weekly risk adjustment KPIs against glidepath targets for 3-year plan commitments, collaborating with RADA, Permanente Medical Group, and National Health Plan stakeholders to identify drivers of change and inform next steps.
• Designed and implemented an interactive Tableau dashboard with drill-down functionality to the provider and medical facility level, replacing a cumbersome manual process for tracking coder-reviewed diagnosis adds and deletes for RADA and Permanente Medical Group stakeholders.
• Led final evaluation of the Medicare Advantage SOAP Note program, managed since its 2014 launch, assessing provider engagement, documentation outcomes, and operational performance, and co-authored an executive SBAR that drove its strategic sunset.
• Led and coordinated regional chart review activities from selection through outcome analysis, delivering findings to regional leadership and identifying trends such as HCCs with high add/delete rates that informed provider education on documentation accuracy.
• Led cross-functional decommissioning of a Microsoft Access application used for regional chart reviews, partnering with Legal and IT to ensure regulatory compliance and successful ownership transfer to a RADA counterpart, and supported data provisioning for the incoming vendor solution as part of a broader consolidation effort.

• Designed and implemented the Southern Colorado SOAP Note Program to close a documentation gap for members attributed to contracted, non-KP primary care providers, improving documentation accuracy and supporting CMS Star Ratings and HEDIS performance, then expanded the program to Northern Colorado and ACA populations based on its success.
• Led design and development of a Microsoft Access-based tracking system from inception, monitoring SOAP Note distribution, completion, coder review status, and incentive payments; maintained and enhanced the system year-over-year, transitioning oversight to a vendor partner in 2018. Partnered with RADA to obtain a financial impact utility quantifying unique HCC and revenue capture.
• Directed onsite provider education on the SOAP Note Program, adapting strategy as KP's expanding network and shifting provider-group ownership significantly reduced external practice participation, reflecting organizational growth rather than program performance.
• Managed vendor contracting and medical record retrieval operations, partnering with procurement and third-party organizations to streamline chart retrieval supporting Medicare Advantage initiatives
