Growing up in Colorado has provided me with a deep love of the outdoors. Hiking mountains, and hidden trails fills my cup! Just being out in the beautiful sunshine sets my soul just right. Recently, in the last 2 years the practice of Yoga found me. The journey yoga provides is not only one of physical strength, it also provides a deeper connection to self and others. Gardening has always been on my heart since I was little, watching the passion from my grandmother set me up for that !I may have a green/slightly brown thumb!
