  • Fleet manager May 2018-current: I have a fleet of 40-50 drivers. I am responsible for assigning drivers their outbound loads and ensuring they achieve their goal of 2500 miles for the week. I have to run the trucks to ensure that drivers are where they are supposed to be and able to make pickups and deliveries on time. All while keeping track of any issues with drivers and documenting any incidents or warnings in the driver file.
  • Customer service, September 2016-May 2018, accepted all outbound freight from customers such as Tysons, Georges, Simmons, and Butterball. Entering loads and appointing the pick up and deliveries. Keeping customers updated with any issues with the load from pickup, during transit, or at delivery. Keeping all websites required by customers updated with any in or out times. Keeping track of trailers to ensure that all trailer pools were accurate, and we had drop trailers for any loads being loaded for the day.
  • Accounts Payable, January 2015-September 2016: Receiving all invoices and matching them with statements. Paying bills either by check, ACH, or direct payment. Keeping track of any outstanding invoices or credits being due. Being in contact with any vendors, whether for shop, maintenance, or the office.
  • Payroll May 2010-January 2015 - I did payroll for the company, from otr drivers to shuttle drivers, salary to hourly employees. Making sure all deductions were entered correctly, and reimbursements were all made. Always making sure the drivers' settlements flowed, and there were no missing loads or missing miles.
