Currently serving in the Central Region Clinical Division as a Clinical Coordinator. As a Clinical Coordinator convene priority clinical staffings, clinical staffings, grandparent visitation staffings, clinical placement reviews, licensed and unlicensed expanded capacity waivers staffings, best interest staffings, post adoption director waiver staffings, clinical consultations, FARE consultations, and WIRL pilot staffings. Temporarily assigned as the Clinical Manager effective 1/2/26 which has entailed a working knowledge of Department Rule, Procedure and Policy while providing case assignment and supervision to the Central Region Clinical Division team.

Served as a Permanency Supervisor with duties including providing supervision for a permanency team, clerical, and foster parent support specialist. Frequently supervised more than one field office and covered additional permanency workers providing supervision as needed.

Served as a direct supervisor in the Child Protection Division. Supervised a team of investigators in the Henry Co. and Rock Island Co. field offices.

Served as a child protection specialist. Prepared and maintained a variety of reports, assessments, and case documentation. Determined the need for and coordinated the placement of children in substitute care facilities.

Directed and supported a diverse team of 15-20 members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development. Provided continuous clinical supervision. Formulated individualized treatment strategies to support therapeutic goals. Facilitated individual and group counseling sessions to support clients in overcoming personal challenges.
