  • Through my employment with Generations, I have held several different positions; Receptionist, Office Manager, and Case Manager (inpatient and outpatient), and Executive Director
  • As Case Management (April 2005-2015), I provided services for individual in a sub-acute setting and outpatient settings including service planning and crisis prevention. Coordinated with clients and their families, physicians, and judicial system (for those with legal charges). Collaborating and assisting clients with medical, financial, housing and support system needs. Advocated for clients and their needs. Acted as crisis responder working with mobile crisis and emergency room. Completed and maintained confidential documentation on clients in my care including care planning, information releases, progress notes and any other documentation as needed.
  • As Executive Director (DATE to Current), oversee the day-to-day operations and management of employees (Including nurses, Case Managements, Office Manager, House Managers, Activity Director, and Clientele Technicians and 32 SPMI patients at an Adult Residential Treatment Facility).
