Complete home renovation.


  • Worked with various contractors, architects, structural engineers and the HOA board to design and construct a new space with in the constraints of the condo structure.


  • Added an additional 400 sf to a dead space which created a 4th bedroom and oversized primary suite. This was done by closing in an open ceiling over the living room to create additional space.


  • Gutted and re configured kitchen area to accommodate a large crowd


  • Worked with large open space to create optimal furniture layout with separate conversation spaces that all flow together into one experience.


  • This property will soon be listed at a large profit



11 Gunn Street

Visualized and designed a way to add square footage to our current home without going outside of it's current footprint.


Worked with various professionals such as an architect, structural engineer, general contractor with all of his subcontractors as well as finance professionals to achieve the final outcome on time and under budget.


Project involved:


  • Adding additional structural support to the back end of the building to support an extended dormer. This created space for a primary suite, complete with walk in closet and an en suite master bathroom, as well as an office.
  • Moving the center staircase to the back end of the structure to create better flow
  • Widening existing door openings to achieve a more open floor plan without compromising the structure
  • Adding french doors to a dining area which enhanced that space and gave easier access to an underutilized part of the yard
  • Worked with contractors to design and install complete new kitchen
  • Obtained any and all necessary building permits needed and worked with town officials to obtain CO.
  • This home was eventually sold for a profit
