Managed the county recycling program, office assistant, ordered supplies, issued purchase orders and prepared claims referring to appropriated budget allocations. I had various programs that I used to inform the community about waste reduction and recycling. I obtained a Hazmat (HHW) state certification and operated the first first facility in Floyd County that allowed the public to properly dispose of household hazardous waste.
