Answer emergent and non emergent phone lines, dispatch police and fire to appropriate calls via radio, assist public in emergent and non emergent situations, enter data into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) such as Wanted People, Missing People, Stolen Vehicles, Guns, Articles, etc. Create calls in a Computer Aid Dispatch system (CAD), operate office equipment, etc.

Answer emergent and non emergent phone lines, dispatch police, EMS, fire, and rescue to appropriate calls via radio, assist public in emergent and non emergent situations, enter data into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) such as Wanted People, Missing People, Stolen Vehicles, Guns, Articles, etc. Create calls in a Computer Aid Dispatch system (CAD), operate office equipment, etc. Assist callers in CPR, Choking incidents, Child Birth, etc over the phone until responders arrive onscene.
