Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and safely. Inventory Management:
Conduct regular inventory counts, update the warehouse management system, and forecast inventory needs to maintain accurate stock levels.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce all safety rules and regulations, conduct regular inspections for hazards, and ensure the warehouse environment is clean and safe.
Operations Oversight:
Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of finished goods, quality , & maintenance items.
Order Accuracy:
Check incoming deliveries, purchase orders, and deliveries for accuracy, ensuring correct items are received and shipped.
Equipment Maintenance:
Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order.
Coordination:
Communicate and coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.
Reporting:
Prepare daily and weekly reports on warehouse activities, productivity, and any areas needing improvement. Prepare daily excel reports and purchase orders as well as inventory reports and communication with the teams at other facilities.
