Emergency Room RN travel assignment at Edinburg Regional Medical Center. Cared for the most critical during height of COVID in Texas to managing observation areas.

Entered health care field as a CNA, Phlebotomist to Emergency Room ER to Charge RN. Charge RN for approximately 8-10 years of busy emergency room. As charge RN, managed flow of department, staffing, triage and overflow patients. Communicated with physicians regarding patient conditions and dispositions to keep flow of department moving. During my time as charge I would also work 1-2 days as staff to maintain skills.
