Volunteer Work

  • Sharing Tree Coordinator from 2016 to 2020. Invited low income families to participate in the Sharing Tree program to receive additional help with gifts during the Holiday season. Gathered parent requests for gifts and clothing needs. Created gift tags with items needed for the community patrons to donate. Organized gifts received, gift returns and distribution to families.
  • Sock Drive 2023: Guided my second grade classroom students to lead a sock drive to donate to the Lewiston YWCA. Students made a plan, designed posters and produced informative videos for the school and community. They collected 1,732 pairs of socks!
