Taking care of guest needs with the addition of doing it horseback has given me an attentiveness to detail. I have years of experience in many different areas that contribute to my well roundedness as a person who loves to give back and help people feel good.
30+ years care taking horses. I have worked on multiple ranches, fixing fence, starting colts and working cattle. I have over a decade of education in the art of natural horsemanship. I was the Head Wrangler at Red Cliff's Lodge from 2003 to 2013. I was responsible for 50 head of horses, 20+ guest for morning and evening rides as well as the wranglers working that season. I lead backcountry tours and was certified as a Wilderness First Responder.
Currently I manage a small barn in Draper where I care take boarding horses. I maintain animal health records, treating minor injuries and reporting serious injuries to owners for consultation with veterinarians. I train and keep clients horses exercised as well as teach private horsemanship classes.
