In 2020 played a dual role as a Bid Manager and as the Legal Counsel for APAC and the USA, during this time I collaborated enhancing the Global Master Service Agreement and the Local Service Descriptions for Payroll, Accounting, Tax compliance and Legal Administrative Services.

• Managed regional multi country bids for RFP and advised the strategy to use.
• Oversaw and built from the ground up the Bid Support Centre team in Manila.
• Led the implementation of global standard tools and governance procedures in APAC.

• 2017-2020: Global Statements of Work Leader: Managed the preparation and negotiations of SOW for global opportunities (3+ countries in scope). This included managing project teams located in 3 different regions.
• Negotiated SOW and NDA with potential clients.

Solution Architect for Global Entity Management (GEM) Services. Provided internal and external consultancy services on Corporate Secretarial and Company Governance Matters.

• Led the creation of blueprint for standard global pricing tools, country service descriptions and governance procedures, to automate our internal procedures, and reduce risk during the pre-sales and contracting stage.
• Led the preparation, negotiation and execution of Statements of Work (SOW) for clients based in the USA and looking to expand internationally.
• Improved the contracting process by minimizing the gaps and implementing KPI’s.
• Supported the Global Portfolio Director improving existing processes and global GEM products.
• Supported the Group with the creation and implementation of global Pricing Tools.

Supported in the liability investigation processes and led successful negotiations with different insurance companies. My portfolio was of about 300 cases.

• In my second year I was promoted and started acting as the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible to qualify in or out the cases that were referred to the firm.

• Created contract templates for all the transactions done by the agency (Lease agreements, Professional Services).
• Monitored the execution of the assigned contracts to evaluate work performance and ensure the fulfilment of each of their objectives
• Supported the Compliance department designing and implementing internal controls aimed to adhere national policies and compliance requirements
• After leading a project aimed to gather and analyze local data about services offered by our competitors and their fees, I designed solutions that allowed the entity to increase annual sales and positioned it as the regional leader within the convention industry.
