Provided daily personal care to 55 old female with foley. Used Hoyer lift on occasions to transport her from bed to wheelchair for appointments, prepared meals, washed her laundry and light housekeeping in her area also assisted with her pets while I was on shift.

Provided emotional support to patient and family.

Assisted in end of life care included medication administration and instruction.

I worked as a Hospice Aide in the field. I cared for patients in home settings as well as facilities. My last 6 months of this job I worked in the office taking care of medical records and assuring the documentation was correct and complete.
