I am currently employed as a Charge Nurse working for inpatient services for Fresenius Kidney Care dialyzing adult patients. I am capable of completing any and all skills within the scope of my practice. My organizational and time management skills are excellent, for which I credit my long-term care experience for helping me to build. Communication skills between me and all those I encounter arc excellent as well; I adapt well to all types of personalities and needs of those around me. I am completely willing to ask questions when not sure in any area and look forward to continue to learn in all areas of nursing. I am confident in nursing decisions and critical thinking skills.
