- Reduced total length of stay to 21.88 hours for the Observation unit
- Developed a welcome pamphlet for the Observation patients
- Participated in the merge of the Chest Pain Center with the Observation unit
- Increased occupancy to 88%, above our target of 80% through collaboration with the care management and point-of-entry teams
