Summary

Dedicated and compassionate District Testing Coordinator. Skilled in collaborating with teachers and support staff to remove barriers and guide students toward their educational and personal goals. Over the past 10 years, I have worked in many capacities, beginning as a paraprofessional in grades K-2 while completing my degree, then moving into a classroom teaching ELAR for 4th and 5th grades. After several years, I was asked to move to middle school to become the Student Success Advocate/District Testing Coordinator. I also serve the district as Technology Integration Coordinator. I have done many additional duties over the past several years, filling in gaps as needed by serving ESL students, serving our dyslexia students, and creating student groups like the Kindness Committee to help foster a more inclusive culture on our campuses. I have also become the DSCI for school improvement for our district this year.
