- Led the execution of investor due diligence questionnaires for all funds under the Z Capital Group moniker and participated in investor diligence meetings.
- Marketed, structured, led operations for and acted as a Manager for Z Capital’s debut $400mm European and US Risk Retention Compliant Collateralized Loan Obligation fund (“CLO”) as well as a follow-on $330mm opportunistic CLO.
- Was responsible for structuring and implementing various leverage solutions for the firm’s private debt funds including multiple Total Return Swap vehicles (“TRS”).
- Partnered with IT in the enhanced build out of a proprietary full cycle sourcing, trading, settlement, compliance/risk management and accounting platform and led the build out of a robust proprietary hypo trading module providing ability to proactively test impact of assets on the portfolios in real time.
- Assumed responsibility for all third-party analytic service contracts and led an expense audit for services provided to the firm resulting in a reduction of over 300k in annual savings.
