my responsibilities were to maintain the clothing area as well as take care of re-shops and make important announcements over the loudspeaker, for customer assistants as well as employees alerts. also did some fill in cashiering when the front end was short handed. before me leaving this location i was in training for becoming a dept manager.

while being hired in this facility i was responsible for following up with customers needs, zoning my department as well as neighboring departments, cashiering, supervising the fitting area, as well as maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and associates. in results to doing my task above and beyond i was able to get promoted to a floor manager. in less then 2 years. leaving with a year and a half of management experience.
