Mercedes McCadden

I worked for Walmart for several years, and during my college years. After I graduated with my Bachelors, I worked for ESS as a substitute with middle school students. I substituted at James Madison Middle School, and the school wanted me to work at the school full time, so I applied through Roanoke City Public Schools. Currently, I work as a 1 on 1 targeted assistant with students with disabilities. I also work with middle school students' afterschool at the West End Center. Even though, my degree is in education, I would like to broaden my work experience.
