Skilled Infusion Nurse coordinates and administers infusion activities to deliver compassionate patient care to meet standards of practice. Coordinates and performs infusion nursing care for patients in clinical setting and works cooperatively with patient, family and multidisciplinary team to establish priorities and goals of patient care. Monitors patient and processes to identify areas for performance improvement to enhance quality of care delivery and improve patient outcomes.
