Accomplishments

I have been a part of two RCIC projects within Cincinnati Children's. One streamlined the integration of our CCOT (Critical Care Outreach Team), while the other improved history intake for complex patients, ensuring bedside handoffs capture baseline vital signs, communication, pain response, and other key information.

I am involved and am one of the initial members of the retention group on A6NS. In this role, I help with online visibility for in-unit and off-unit group gatherings. I highlight exceptional nurses, respiratory therapists, and managers with shout-outs on our A6NS Instagram and Facebook pages.
