Outreach is a christian based youth homeless shelter that provides basic needs and necessities for disadvantaged adolescents. At Outreach I worked as a relationship builder to help transform self perceptions of youth to promote social, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. This helped develop essential social and emotional skills and promoted environmental and community awareness. By the communities collective effort to improve lives of these young adults, valuable teamwork, leadership, and communication skills were learned.
