• Conducted walkthroughs with process owners to enhance the understandability of internal processes and controls.
• Conducting special fraud investigations when necessary
• Carrying out risk management activities
• Providing value-added, creative recommendations and control practices for the audit findings

• Carrying out internal audit studies in line with the risk-focused annual audit plan in accordance with Internal Audit standards,
• Making process reviews, analyzing the effectiveness and adequacy of internal control systems, evaluating potential risk areas and determining areas for improvement,
• Taking part in the examination, investigation and reporting processes of ethics hotline, whistleblowing and abuse cases

Performing process audits in the head offices in Russia and Ukraine and reporting to the senior management every quarter of the year.

• Conducting annual periodic audits of group companies.
