Personal Information

I am a person who has a passion for both Education and Law. I am impartial by nature and find the greatest fulfillment in leading in a way that allows me to partner with others to create and fulfill a shared mission. I truly believe that exceptional leadership is not about showing others what you are great at. Rather, exceptional leadership is about recognizing and showcasing what your constituents are great at while actively and intentionally supporting their areas of need. It is about creating an environment where individuals feel valued, empowered, and equipped to collectively achieve a shared vision built on social and academic justice.

Leadership Roles & Responsibilities

• Conducted teacher intervisitations and observations using the Danielson Framework, providing actionable feedback and instructional next steps across ELA and Special Education.

• Partnered with the principal for five years to develop and monitor C.E.P. goals, refine the school’s vision and mission, integrate an equity lens, and analyze schoolwide i-Ready data.
