- Managed recruitment, big/little, and initiation timelines, requirements, and documentation to ensure all new members met organizational and university standards.

- Supervised and supported the New Member Educator, Initiate Education Director, and other officers involved in member education.

• Served tables in the main dining room, worked with many different types of people and got used to the busy restaurant atmosphere. Trained in fine dining and was able to work weddings/large events. Along with serving did all the other jobs of the restaurant before I became a server.

• Worked with a family to watch their 3 children. Fed, cleaned up after, and came up with creative things to do with them multiple days a week. Helped with chores around the house. Created relationships with family and have gone on trips with them. Drove the kids to various activities.

- Designed and delivered weekly educational lessons to support new member development, chapter values, and organizational expectations.

- Coordinated communication between new members, the executive board, and advisors to ensure a smooth and supportive initiation process.

- Collaborated with other officers to plan events, track progress, and maintain a positive chapter culture.

• Helped with portion and prep kitchen and refrigerator. Worked at the cash register most days and learned to communicate with customers. Brought people their food and helped the servers. Did dishes at night and all necessary cleaning tasks.
