Prepped and helped cook meals for 800+ campers, cleaned and maintained very large appliances after use.

Opening bakery at 3am, making bread an cookies. Also cake decorating and training new employees. Inventory on Wednesdays, making daily orders.

As a housekeeper, helping customers and cleaning rooms is my daily routine. Addressing all concerns within each room to maintenance, making sure all lost items are accounted for, and helping other employees with many things involving the hotel.

Working here for so long, I am cross trained for everything in and out of the kitchen. Supervising, cashier, bussing tables, serving inventory, placing phone orders, working the cut and wrap for the ovens and mainly keeping the flow on the make table, making pizzas and other dishes and occasionally delivery driving.
